SYNTHESIS OF THE PROGRAMME OF ACTION
The Cercle de Réflexion des Nations (CRN) is based on three ACADEMIES which will have their own statutes and specific internal regulations.
- College of Academicians: One academician for each Member State of the CRN, selected among eminent medical authorities, proposed by its Government and appointed for life.
Compile a “ Guide-book of Fundamental Medicine ” in all kind of effective and inexpensive methods of treatment: modern, natural, traditional medicine, ancestral or substitution.
Facilitate the progressive installation of “Community Free Treatment Centers” and put in service the hospital ship “L’Humanité”, intended for the most impoverished peoples
2. The Academy of Peace Training
The Doctorate in Peace Administration (DPA): inaugurated on 23 May 2000 at United Nations Headquarters in the presence of the representatives of Algeria, Benin, Grenada, Lesotho, Monaco, Russian Federation and the Peace-keeping Operations of the United Nations
The PhD in International Governance and Sustainable Development: inaugurated on 1st March 2006 at United Nations Headquarters in the presence of the representatives of Brunei Darussalam, Cape Verde, China, Comoros, Ethiopia, Guyana, Haiti, Iran, Malaysia, Mali, Marshall Islands, Maurice, Mexico, Tunisia, Viet Nam as well as the UNITAR (the United Nations).

3. The Academy For Peace
-Compile an Encyclopedia of Peace: synthesis of initiatives for peace in each country, proposal the practical solutions to solve the conflicts

Award annually the Globe of Peace to an artistic, literary works or noble actions infavour of peace
