Dr. Jean-Luc Pérez

Dr Jean Luc Perez is 61 years old, US citizen, was born in Algeria and he is married with 5 children. He is fluent in French and Italian and he has some basic knowledge in English.
He completed his high school in Marseille ( France ). He was graduated of Law in 1971, of Political Sciences in 1973 and he graduated as a Doctor of Law in 1978. He worked in France as a Public Treasury Controller from 1969 to 1973. In 1974 he became General Manager of several companies both in Europe and in the United States : the Swiss company Arcobel, Inceltech Group ( biotechnology ) including branches in London and San Francisco.
In 1990 he founded the Holistic Institute of Applied Economics of Ho Chi Minh ville in Viet Nam ( MBA ) and the Minister of Education of Viet Nam appointed him by Order in Council as a Vice President of the COPREM ( Joint Commission with Parity of Representation ). Then he was appointed as an Official Representative of the Vietnameese Government to UNESCO and to several countries in the world in order to improve the process of international recognition of diplomas. These missions brought him to the foundation of the United Nations Cercle de Réflexion in 1994. Since 1996 he is the Excutive President and Honorable President of the CRN.
